In a recent article the BBC reported “Concerns have been raised about the number of Flintshire County Council staff who have been off work because of mental health-related issues. Figures show they took an average of more than 10 days off sick in 2018/19, up from just under nine days for the previous year. Stress, depression and anxiety were cited as the main causes.”
Self-care is important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself as it produces positive feelings and boosts your confidence and self-esteem.
