My coaching experience with Shanley has been life changing. During all our sessions I was made to feel the centre of attention and that my opinions mattered. I was given time to reflect and space to work out blockages. Shanley did not tell me what to do, but instead asked powerful questions and utilized tools which allowed me to create my own solutions.
