THE SEED PROJECT PRESENTS - THE SECRET TO PRACTICING TRULY NOURISHING SELF-CARE
If you're new... The aim of THE SEED PROJECT is to connect millennials with experts and professionals in the mental health and wellness industry so that you can gain access to the help you need, be inspired, educated and encouraged to take care of your mental, physical and financial health. COVID-19 is something that has never happened in history and know you might be facing a variety of different challenges in your life. We are here to support you.
"Ever heard the saying you can’t pour from an empty cup?" I don't think it is truly understood until you suffer from burnout and realise how totally true it is. Running yourself into the ground because you don't want to let anyone down will help no one.
It can be very easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that we can lose ourselves in the fog of it.
You can't be your best self or do your best work if you don't take care of yourself first. Self-care often gets pushed to the back burner when life gets busy but what good is it trying to navigate through life feeling run-down, tired, and overwhelmed all the time?
Your relationship with yourself will dictate how you show up in the world so this webinar will focus on NOURISHING the mind, body and soul so you can go out into the world to THRIVE and STRIVE!
THIS WEBINAR IS GOING TO COVER 5 KEY AREAS:
1. Managing stress, anxiety and burn out and how to re-fill your cup
2. How to build a more loving and supportive relationship with yourself
3. Practical tips for defeating the gremlins in your head
4. Healthy strategies for fighting fatigue
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of how taking care of your mental and physical wellbeing enables you to function well, have meaningful social connections, be better able to cope with life's ups and downs and build a healthier relationship with yourself!
