COVID-19 is something that has never happened in history and know you might be facing a variety of different challenges in your life. We are here to support you.

"Ever heard the saying you can’t pour from an empty cup?" I don't think it is truly understood until you suffer from burnout and realise how totally true it is. Running yourself into the ground because you don't want to let anyone down will help no one.

It can be very easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that we can lose ourselves in the fog of it. 

You can't be your best self or do your best work if you don't take care of yourself first. Self-care often gets pushed to the back burner when life gets busy but what good is it trying to navigate through life feeling run-down, tired, and overwhelmed all the time?

Your relationship with yourself will dictate how you show up in the world so this webinar will focus on NOURISHING the mind, body and soul so you can go out into the world to THRIVE and STRIVE!

Maxine Wynter - is a Stress Relief Coach and a Qualified Social Worker working oin the health and social care sector including mental health services for over 14 years therefore has a indeoth knowledge and supported people at times of crisis and when help and intervention is needed. Maxine has publicly spoken about the impact of stress, at Metrobank, Self Made, and other local events. Maxine has a podcast and has interviewed the likes of Maria Diamond, John Paul Horsley, Bianca Miller Cole just to name a few.

Shanley Lewis is a Self-care & Mindset Coach, Psychological Therapist and Founder of Good to Me. Helping Creative and Service Providers to learn how to regularly look after their Mental Wellbeing and make to time for themselves within their busy lives so they can serve at their best.

Tene Edwards is a poet, author of Walk With Wings, Co-Founder of SEED and Self-Love Advocate on a mission to help others cultivate a more supportive and loving relationship with themselves. Tene has been asked to perform pieces of poetry, be a guest speaker and facilitate workshops at a variety of different women empowerment events and for an impressive list of clients including UN Women, University of Bedfordshire, HealthWatch Luton, Metro Bank and plenty more to equip attendees with the tools they need to build a strong sense of self-esteem and confidence so that they can live life on their own terms, become the best versions of themselves and survive whatever life throws at them.

Richard Pups believes that life is too short to keep hitting the snooze button. He is a Certified Personal trainer, A Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant and Motivational Coach, Richard's mission is to help people awaken to the possibilities in their personal and professional lives.

Chloe Pierre is a digital marketer, content creator working with the likes of H&M, Monki, Pinterest, Nike, Jordan, Samsung, M&S, Calvin Klein and the founder of wellness community thy.self which aims to actualise self-care both online and in real life as well as diversify the wellness community, both within the UK and internationally. Through carefully curated events, workshops and talks, thy.self is broadening access to wellness to communities of women who were previously unable, unaware and underrepresented within the wellness industry as well as creating a safe space to open conversations around women’s issues for overall wellbeing and prioritising diversity within the industry.

Francesca Blechner is a Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coach, founder of Wholistic Body Life and Author of ‘Self Care for Life in the City’. She specialises in working with burnt out Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders, helping them to build a strong foundation of health. Over the years she has been the Fitness and Lifestyle Coach to hundreds of people from all walks of life including CEOs, members of the Saudi Royal family, celebrities, athletes, city professionals and new Mum’s. Helping them to live healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives.
