About the Event

THE SEED PROJECT PRESENTS - LET'S TALK MENTAL HEALTH

If you're new... The aim of THE SEED PROJECT is to connect millennials with experts and professionals in the mental health and wellness industry so that you can gain access to the help you need, be inspired, educated and encouraged to take care of your mental, physical and financial health. COVID-19 is something that has never happened in history and know you might be facing a variety of different challenges in your life. We are here to support you.

THIS WEBINAR IS GOING TO COVER 3 KEY AREAS:

  1. Healthy strategies for gaining control of your depression and anxiety
  2. Understanding and managing trauma triggers
  3. Tackling mental health challenges that may be restricting your life.

MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS and this webinar has never been more important than now. Even prior to the current crisis, mental health stats were through the roof. Anxiety, depression and trauma can be confusing and painful conditions that spoil our quality of life. The SEED Project are determined to help you get the tools to avoid old habits, break the “vicious cycle” of anxious thoughts, feelings, body reactions and behaviour and understand your triggers so that you can start enjoying your present life.

You'll leave with a deeper understanding of how to recognise the signs of anxiety and depression, learn to be in control of those painful emotions of the past that affects your health and leaves you feeling bad and build a healthier relationship with yourself!
